These terms govern your use of Professional License Center. By using Professional License Center, you agree to these terms.

Study Tool Only

Professional License Center provides practice questions, study sessions, progress tracking, and reference links for license, permit, and credential exam preparation. Professional License Center is not a government agency, licensing board, testing provider, school, brokerage, employer, legal advisor, medical advisor, financial advisor, or official exam provider.

Professional License Center does not guarantee that you will pass an exam or meet licensing requirements. You are responsible for confirming current requirements, eligibility, fees, deadlines, source materials, and exam rules with the appropriate official agency or testing provider.

Content Accuracy

We work to keep study content useful and source-based, but laws, rules, handbooks, procedures, and exam outlines can change. Content may contain errors or become outdated. If you find a possible issue, use the in-app question report feature or email support.

Acceptable Use

You may use Professional License Center for personal study and exam preparation. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, copy large portions of the content for redistribution, sell access to the content, or use Professional License Center in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.

Intellectual Property

Professional License Center, including its design, app features, original question text, explanations, and compiled study materials, is owned by Shazbit or its licensors. Official source documents linked or referenced by Professional License Center remain owned by their respective agencies or rights holders.

Purchases And Future Paid Features

Professional License Center may offer paid features in the future, such as an ad-free experience or cloud sync. Purchases made through an app store are handled by that app store and may also be governed by the store's payment, refund, and subscription rules. If paid or subscription features are added, the app and these terms may be updated to describe those features.

Cloud Sync And Accounts

Professional License Center does not currently offer user accounts or cloud sync. If accounts or cloud sync are added, users will be given additional information about synced data, account deletion, and related controls before those features are made available.

Third-Party Services And Links

Professional License Center may link to official agencies, source documents, app stores, email providers, and hosted services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Professional License Center is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shazbit disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shazbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, exam results, licensing outcomes, or business losses arising from your use of Professional License Center.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as Professional License Center changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Professional License Center after changes means you accept the updated terms.
