Privacy Policy

Professional License Center is designed so normal study activity stays on your device. We do not sell personal data. The app uses Google Mobile Ads to show ads, and ad requests are configured for non-personalized ads.

Data Stored On Your Device

Professional License Center stores your study choices, selected license or credential path, practice progress, scores, missed questions, weak-question flags, and downloaded study content on your device. This information is used to run study sessions, show progress, and let you review areas that need work.

Study Content Downloads

When you choose an exam, state, license, or credential path, Professional License Center downloads the signed study content needed for that selection. The app is not intended to download unrelated content packs you did not select.

Like most hosted services, the systems that deliver content may process standard technical request information such as IP address, device or browser request headers, requested URL, date, time, and diagnostic logs. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Question Reports

If you submit a question report, Professional License Center sends the details needed to review that question. This may include the question identifier, question text, displayed answer choices, displayed correct answer, explanation, source details, selected report reason, optional note, app version, platform, and relevant study-plan context.

If you submit a feature or license request, Professional License Center sends the request type, title, details, app version, and platform so we can review product and content requests.

Question reports and feature requests are used to review content quality, correct mistakes, plan requested improvements, and respond to support issues. These app-submitted reports and requests are automatically deleted from our report intake table after 90 days. Please do not include sensitive personal information in optional notes.

Support Requests

If you email support, we receive the email address you use and the contents of your message. We use support messages to respond to you and troubleshoot the issue you describe.

Cloud Sync And Accounts

Professional License Center does not currently offer user accounts or cloud sync. If we add cloud sync, account features, or paid sync features later, we will update this Privacy Policy before those features are made available and explain what data is synced, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion.

Analytics, Advertising, And Sale Of Data

Professional License Center uses Google Mobile Ads to show ads. The app requests non-personalized ads, but Google and its partners may process device, network, ad interaction, advertising identifier, and diagnostic information to deliver ads, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, and comply with applicable requirements.

Professional License Center does not sell personal data and does not currently use a separate third-party analytics SDK. App-store privacy disclosures should be kept aligned with this policy.

Service Providers

We use service providers, including Microsoft Azure and Google, to host content, process question reports, serve ads, store operational data, and keep the service available. These providers process data according to their service terms and security practices.

Your Choices

You can reset study progress or clear downloaded study content from the app settings on your device. App-submitted question reports and feature requests are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can also contact support@shazbit.com with privacy questions or deletion requests related to question reports, feature requests, or support messages.

Children

Professional License Center is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as Professional License Center changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
